Nawal is a 5-year-old girl from a rural community where her family must walk long distances to access water and purchase food. They rely on a pit latrine for sanitation and depend entirely on her mother, a local market hawker. Nawal is currently in grade 1 and is a bright, hardworking student who dreams of becoming a teacher. She is a known sickle cell patient and began feeling unwell two days ago. Due to financial constraints, her mother could only afford to buy painkillers from a nearby chemist, which she administered to Nawal while trying to monitor her condition. Unfortunately, Nawal’s condition worsened, and they had to seek care at a health facility despite lacking the money for services. Upon arrival, Nawal told the doctor that she was having sudden joint pain, chest pain, difficulty walking, and pain in the chest with deep breaths.

Naval was complaining of sudden onset of joint pains and chest pain for the past two days, with difficulty in walking and deep breaths, and she is a known sickle cell client she was treated and given best free drugs for the condition with aid of Helpster heroes.

Prognosis is good. Nawal was treated and given drugs on time and if the condition could have not been treated it could have lead to death.
