Abigael is a lastborn in the family of 9.she stays with her family in machakha near webuye west technical training institute.She likes watching TV especially cartoon programs,also likes to play with toys at home, their family access drinking water from unprotected well water that can walk a distance of less than 30 minutes,they don't have utensil rack ,use pit latrine and they stay in a one bedroom house that has corrugated iron sheets it's wall have used mud and they use cow dung to beautify the floor and also use lighting paraffin lamp

Abigael was admitted to the hospital for treatment due to protein-energy malnutrition and anemia. The patient was brought to our facility with vomiting, diarrhoea, general body weakness and poor appetite. The patient was diagnosed of gastroenteritis, severe malaria, dehydration. If not treated, it can lead to further complications.
