Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Ritu is a kind and caring mother who loves cooking and taking care of her family. One day, at 37 weeks pregnant, she suddenly felt terrible stomach pain and watery discharge, and she was very scared for her baby’s life. Her husband is a day laborer who earns only 7000 taka per month, and their family is very poor, so they couldn’t afford the treatment she urgently needed at the hospital. Thanks to Helpster and Poly Clinic, Ritu had an emergency cesarean surgery and safely gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Now, her family still needs help to pay for her treatment so she can stay healthy and care for her precious new baby, and they are asking Helpster donors for support with hope in their hearts.
Medical history
Ritu, who was over 37 weeks pregnant, was experiencing labor pains and signs of fetal distress due to breech presentation, which required urgent medical attention. To ensure the safety of both mother and baby, she underwent a planned cesarean section at Narayanganj Polyclinic. The surgery was performed successfully by the skilled medical team, with both mother and baby emerging healthy and safe. Ritu is now feeling happy and relieved, and her life has changed for the better with her healthy baby. Her family is deeply grateful to Helpster Charity and Narayanganj Polyclinic for their dedicated care and support during this critical time.
Outcome
Ritu, who is over 37 weeks pregnant with labor pains and signs of fetal distress due to breech presentation, requires urgent evaluation and likely a planned cesarean section to ensure the safety of both mother and baby, as vaginal delivery poses significant risks such as birth trauma, cord prolapse, and asphyxia.
