Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Abu is an 8-year-old boy who is focused on his studies, loves playing with friends, and helps his mother at home. He has been suffering from a swollen testicle, abdominal pain, fever, difficulty walking, and weakness, which the doctor diagnosed as a hernia that requires urgent surgery. His family is very poor; his father works as a daily laborer and cannot afford the cost of the operation needed to relieve his pain and prevent further health complications. Despite his bright character and love for helping others, his condition has caused him great discomfort and suffering. His mother is worried, but after learning about Helpster Charity through a health worker at RUDO, she hopes to get her son the free medical treatment he urgently needs.
Medical history
Abu Hanifa had a swollen testicle for 5 years, along with intermittent abdominal pain, fever, difficulty walking, and weakness, which made him feel very uncomfortable. He needed urgent hernia repair surgery to prevent the risk of strangulation and tissue death. The skilled surgical team at RUDO Hospital successfully performed the operation. The treatment was a success, and Abu Hanifa is now feeling much better and is not suffering anymore. He is expected to recover fully within two weeks and return to his normal life. Abu Hanifa and his family are very grateful to Helpster Heroes, Dr. Arif, and the RUDO team for their care and support.
Outcome
Abu is experiencing a painful swelling in his groin caused by an inguinal hernia, which requires urgent surgical repair to prevent complications such as bowel strangulation or obstruction. If not treated promptly, the hernia could lead to severe pain, tissue death, or life-threatening conditions that may require emergency surgery.
