Fatima she was a widow her husband dies in a car accident 6month earlier and her family are less privileged which cannot afford the surgical fees, and the surgery is the only way to save her life because she can't give birth by herself until the helpster intervention. She was well until she went into labor and had prolonged, difficult, and obstructed labor with fetal distress. On presentation at our hospital, she was evaluated and diagnosed to be in Obstructed Labor due to Cephalopelvic disproportion, Malpresentation, and Fetal Distress. She needed urgent caesarean section surgery to deliver the baby and save the mother's life.

Fatima was admitted on accounts of Obstructed Labor on account of Cephalopelvic Disproportion, Malpresentation, and Fetal Distress. Immediate Cesarean Section was performed successfully with no recorded intraoperative complications. A healthy infant was delivered, and the mother is stable in the post-operative period. Both mother and baby are progressing well.

It's important to note that the perception of what constitutes "too long" can vary among healthcare providers. Continuous monitoring of both the mother and the baby is crucial when labor is not progressing as expected.
