Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Nur Banu's family also includes her elderly parents who do not work and depend on her family for support. Her husband, a day laborer, earns very little, and their combined income is not enough to afford the expensive C-section needed for Nur Banu. They have an 8-year-old son who relies on his parents for care and education. Due to their extreme poverty, they cannot pay for the surgery themselves, and without help, both Nur Banu and her baby face serious health risks, including the possibility of death or long-term disabilities.
Medical history
She was conducted a C- section. Now her baby and she is in good health.
Outcome
There is too little amniotic fluid surrounding the baby in the womb during pregnancy. Amniotic fluid is essential for the baby’s development, helping with lung growth, movement, and protection. Low levels can lead to complications such as poor fetal growth, preterm birth, or problems during labor. Doctor advised her to conduct C-section.
