Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Faisal he is a 3 y.o. boy, an only child and stays with his mother who is a single mother and they live on a rental house. His mother works as a housemaid. They stay in a house that has no electricity and has been constructed using earth/sand on the floor, its wall is covered with mud and on the Top that is roof is covered with leaking corrugated iron sheets. They take drinking water from water tap from neighbourhood.

Medical history

Faisal was on management for tonsilitis, and was treated as an out patient. The child was happy when he was reviewed in the hospital a few days later because he could now swallow food comfortably without any pain. The mother appreciated Helpster Charity for the support in ensuring that her child was treated at the hospital without her having to pay any money.

Outcome

The patient was presented to our facility with pain on swallowing, running nose, fever, vomiting, and poor appetite. The patient was diagnosed of pneumonia with tonsillitis. If left untreated, it can lead to further complications.
