Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Nathan is a 16-year-old boy from a family of five. He is raised by both parents, with his father as the sole breadwinner, he is a petty trader. The family lives in a modest two-room house built with iron sheets and mud walls. Due to their financial challenges, they are only able to afford two meals a day. Nathan is currently in grade 6, dreams of becoming a teacher, and enjoys playing football. He has in the past 6 months been diagnosed with severely low hemoglobin levels and had two blood transfusions, but still the family couldn’t afford the full treatment after discharge. He only managed to take the medication for a month, thanks to the support of well-wishers. Since then, his condition has worsened—he often suffers from headaches and fatigue. Without ongoing medical support, Nathan’s health is at serious risk of further decline.
Medical history
Nathan, a known sickle cell patient, was diagnosed with low blood levels. He was provided with medication to help boost his hemoglobin and manage his sickle cell condition. Once his condition stabilized, he was discharged. During a follow-up call, his family expressed joy and deep gratitude to Helpster Charity for offering free medical care and supporting their son through his treatment.
Outcome
He was treated and given drugs needed and if this could have not done on time it could have resulted to organ damage, pain, and increased risk of infection.
