Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Eugene is a 14-year-old boy from a low-income family who has been out of school for the past two days due to illness. He lives with his mother, the family's sole breadwinner, who runs a small green grocery stall at a local market, earning only a little profit depending on daily sales. Despite the hardships they face, Eugene remains a bright and hopeful child who dreams of recovering, returning to school, and living a normal life like other children his age. He is a known sickle cell patient and was brought to the hospital by his mother while in severe pain. After a detailed medical evaluation, he was admitted and began receiving the necessary treatment. For over a week, Eugene has been experiencing weakness and dizziness, which has caused him to miss several school days this term.

Medical history

Eugene, a known sickle cell anemia patient, was experiencing a vaso-occlusive crisis and also had moderate anemia. He received treatment that included antibiotics, rehydration fluids, and medication for sickle cell management. Once his condition stabilized, he was discharged from the hospital to continue treatment at home. During a follow-up call from a Helpster volunteer, his mother expressed her gratitude and appreciation for the quality care and support provided by Helpster Charity. Eugene is doing well

Outcome

Eugine was treated and given drugs as needed and if this intervention could have not been done on time it could have resulted to organ damage, pain, and increased risk of infection.
