He has been suffering from severe pain, discomfort, and fever in his large right testicle for four years, and the doctor says he needs urgent surgery for a hernia. If not treated quickly, Bacchu could develop serious complications such as infection, testicular loss, or even life-threatening conditions like sepsis.
