Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Bacchu is an 18-year-old young man who lives with his grandmother and uncle, who has a mental illness, in a very poor household. Since childhood, Bacchu has had to work hard on other people's land to buy food, clothes, and medicine for his family, as they have no money for proper care. He has been suffering from severe pain, discomfort, and fever in his large right testicle for four years, and the doctor says he needs urgent surgery for a hernia. If not treated quickly, Bacchu could develop serious complications such as infection, testicular loss, or even life-threatening conditions like sepsis. His family is desperate and unable to afford the surgery, so they are asking Helpster Donors for support to save Bacchu’s life and improve his health.

Medical history

Bacchu has been experiencing swelling, pain, and fever in his right testicle for four years, indicating a likely case of testicular infection or orchitis. To prevent serious complications such as tissue necrosis, sepsis, or infertility, he underwent urgent surgical intervention at RUDO Hospital. The surgery was successfully performed, and Bacchu’s condition improved markedly; he is now free from pain and infection. His life has significantly improved, and both Bacchu and his family are very thankful to Helpster Heroes, Dr. Arif, and RUDO Hospital for their prompt and expert care that prevented potentially life-threatening outcomes.

Outcome

Bacchu presents with four years of swelling, pain, and fever in his right testicle, which, if left untreated, could lead to serious complications such as infection, tissue death, or sepsis; urgent surgical intervention is necessary to prevent these life-threatening outcomes.
