Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Rokaiya is an 8-year-old girl who lives with her parents, sister, grandfather, and grandmother in a family that has recently fallen on hard times. Her father used to earn a good income, but after an accident at work that led to the amputation of his toe, he can no longer earn enough to support the family. Rokaiya has been suffering from sore throat and difficulty swallowing for the past two years, with her throat swelling and making it hard for her to eat; her condition is diagnosed as chronic tonsillitis, which requires urgent surgery. Due to their financial struggles, her family cannot afford the surgery needed to treat her illness. They are asking Helpster Donors for support so Rokaiya can get the life-changing operation she needs to recover and continue pursuing her dreams.
Medical history
Rokaiya has been suffering from chronic tonsillitis for two years, with symptoms like sore throat, swelling, and difficulty swallowing. If left untreated, her condition could worsen, leading to serious complications such as abscess formation, breathing difficulties, or the spread of infection, which could be life-threatening. To prevent these risks, she underwent a surgical tonsillectomy performed by a skilled surgical team at RUDO Hospital. The surgery was successful, and Rokaiya is now feeling much better; her life has improved significantly. Her family is very thankful to Helpster Heroes, Dr. Arif, and RUDO Hospital for their prompt and expert care that saved her from potential severe health issues.
Outcome
Rokaiya presents with a two-year history of sore throat, swelling, and difficulty swallowing due to chronic tonsillitis, which requires surgical removal of her tonsils. If not treated with surgery, her condition could worsen, leading to abscess formation, difficulty breathing, or the spread of infection to other parts of her body. In the worst case, untreated tonsillitis can cause serious complications such as rheumatic fever or kidney problems, which can be life-threatening. Therefore, prompt surgery is essential to prevent these potentially severe outcomes. Rokaiya got to know about Helpster Charity in a free medical camp where Helpster Charity took part, namely Dr.Arif and his team. Rokaiya's family asks Helpster Donors fro support.
