Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Afrin Khatun is a 13-year-old girl living in a poor family with her parents and brother in a tin shed house. Since she was 3 years old, she has suffered from sore throat, swelling, itching, fever, cold, and cough due to chronic tonsillitis, which requires surgery to cure. Her family cannot afford the cost of the operation because they are struggling financially and lack enough resources to pay for medical treatment. If Afrin does not receive surgery soon, her condition could worsen, leading to severe infections, difficulty breathing, or other serious health complications that could threaten her life. Her family is worried and desperately seeking help; they have heard about free surgery programs through a neighbor and learned from Dr. Arif about the Helpster charity, hoping that donors can support Afrin to get the life-saving treatment she needs.

Medical history

Afrin has been suffering from long-standing tonsillitis, with enlarged tonsils trapping bacteria and viruses, leading to repeated infections, vomiting, and severe pain. To prevent further complications such as airway obstruction, difficulty breathing, or the spread of infection, she urgently underwent an adenotonsillectomy performed by a skilled surgical team at RUDO Hospital. The surgery was successful, and Afrin’s condition improved significantly; she is now free from recurrent infections and pain. Her life has changed for the better, and both Afrin and her family are very thankful to Helpster Heroes, Dr. Arif, and RUDO Hospital for their prompt and expert care that saved her from potential serious health issues.

Outcome

Afrin has been suffering from long-standing tonsillitis, with enlarged tonsils trapping bacteria and viruses, causing repeated infections, vomiting, and severe pain; she urgently needs an adenotonsillectomy to prevent further complications. If left untreated, her condition could worsen, leading to airway obstruction, difficulty breathing, spread of infection to other parts of the body, or more serious health issues.
