Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

A 14 years old son of a petty trader, who loves playing soccer with his friends, was brought into this facility with the complaints of fever, diarrhea, abdominal cramps which started about six hours ago. Prior presentation to this hospital he was said to have been having symptoms such as fever, headache, rigor which subsided after taking some antibiotic and antimalarial two weeks ago. However, six days ago after taking his usual meal, he developed the above symptoms, hence, was rushed in to this facility for treatment. Treatment was done due to pain and symptoms.

Medical history

He was admitted on the 22nd of July, and treated successfully for Acute Gastroenteritis with moderate dehydration.

Outcome

Treatment is amenable to treatment with good prognosis. Otherwise, complications may lead to critical health problems
