Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Chisom is a 4-year-old boy, and the second child in a family of 4 children with 2 parents. He is not a very active child; he mostly likes to play and stay alone mostly a quite child. Reoccurring condition the mother noticed since when the child was little, that swells up sometimes with pain and reduces after some time but dues to lack of funds when they saw a doctor who said he is to be operated upon to treat the right swelling. On presentation at our hospital, he was evaluated and diagnosed with Right Inguinal Hernia.
Medical history
the child was admitted on 24th november for hermotomy and was discharged on the 27th november in a very good condition post op.there was no incident pre op,intra op and post op,the patient parents very happy
Outcome
The Drs opinion is Right inguinal hernia. There's need to repair the hernia to avoid possible strangulation and associated complications.
