Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Trevor is a three-month-old baby boy and the firstborn child of a young single mother who was abandoned by the father. To make ends meet, the mother does laundry work in neighboring villages, but her income is too limited to cover their basic needs or access quality medical care. After hearing about Helpster Organization through friends, she decided to seek support for her child's medical treatment. At around nine weeks of age, Trevor began developing itchy rashes across his body, accompanied by dry skin and painful lesions on his scalp that ooze pus and occasionally spot with blood. The discomfort has been significant, causing the baby to scratch his face even while asleep and struggle to get proper rest. Additionally, there is noticeable discoloration on parts of his skin.
Medical history

Outcome
prognosis is good the baby was seen by a doctor and he received treatment, the doctor prescribed momate cream 15g BID for a week,epimax cream 400g to be applied once a day for two week and neonatal ampiclox drops (QID) for 5days.
