Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Rehema, a Form Three student at a rural day school, is the firstborn child to her mother and lives with her mother and maternal grandparents. Her grandfather works as a night watchman on a maize plantation, earning a modest income that helps provide a meal a day and occasionally contributes to her school fees. As the sole provider for the extended family, his support is stretched thin. Rehema came to the health facility complaining of headaches, back pain, and lower abdominal pain, which were later confirmed to be signs of labor. The healthcare team responded promptly, and she successfully delivered through spontaneous vaginal delivery (SVD). Both mother and baby are in good condition.
