Mohammad Romjan, a 2-year-old boy, lives in a very poor family of six, where his mother, Lily Akter, is the only earning member, making a meager income of 9,000 to 10,000 Taka each month through begging. The family struggles to meet their basic needs in their small tin shade house, which they own, but offers little comfort or security. Romjan suffers from infected scabies and sepsis, conditions that require medical treatment, but the family's financial situation leaves them unable to afford the necessary care. If left untreated, Romjan's infections could lead to severe complications, including glomerulonephritis, a serious kidney disease that can have life-threatening consequences. His sister Mily, who is only 16 and divorced with a child of her own, and their elderly grandmother Begom, who is over 70 and unable to work, add to the burden of their already strained resources. With no additional support and limited income, the family is desperate for help, and they are hopeful after learning about Helpster Charity, which may provide the assistance they need for Romjan's treatment.

After receiving treatment, Mohammad Romjan's infected scabies and sepsis have greatly improved, and he is now feeling much better. Initially, he experienced intense itching, skin sores, high fever, and weakness, which led to the diagnosis of sepsis caused by the skin infection. He was treated with antibiotics to eliminate the infection, along with intravenous fluids to prevent dehydration and support his recovery. Supportive care also included medications to reduce fever and pain, as well as proper wound cleaning. The treatment was successful, and Romjan is now recovering well; his family is very happy and thankful.
