Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Moriom Akter, a 22-year-old housewife, is currently pregnant for the second time at 24 weeks of gestation, having a history of a previous lower uterine cesarean section (LUCS). With a monthly family income of only 8,000, which supports her husband (a fisherman), mother-in-law, father-in-law, and 5-year-old daughter, Moriom cannot afford the necessary cesarean section that her condition requires. Without this treatment, both she and her unborn baby face severe risks, including seizures, organ damage, placental separation, preterm birth, HELLP syndrome, and an increased risk of stroke. The urgency of her situation is compounded by her family's limited financial resources, making it critical for her to receive assistance for the needed medical intervention.

Medical history

After experiencing less fetal movement for over 37+ weeks, she arrived at our hospital where doctors performed an ultrasound that revealed severe oligohydroamnions with fetal distress with previous history of caesarean section , making vaginal delivery impossible. An emergency cesarean section was promptly arranged, and the procedure was successful, resulting in the birth of a beautiful female baby . Both the mother and the baby are safe and sound, with no complications arising from the surgery. The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Heroes and the hospital for their timely and effective care.

Outcome

Moriom is currently pregnant for the second time (gravida 2), has had one previous delivery (para 1), with no history of miscarriage or abortion (abortion 0), and is now at 24 weeks of gestation. She has a history of a previous Lower Uterine Cesarean Section LUCS. Moriom needs cesarean section, otherwise she and her baby may face serious consequences as seizures, organ damage, placental separation, preterm birth, HELLP syndrome, and increased risk of stroke for the mother and baby.
