Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.

Background
Bukar is an 11 years old boy who lives at Ayafe Karshen Kwalta in Nigeria, and likes playing table tennis. Three days before appearing at the hospital, Bukar developed fever, headache, anorexia, rigor, colicky abdominal pain and joint pain. He had been treated from malaria, and was discharged on 28th July, 2023.
Medical history
Bukar had been brought to the hospital with the complaints of headache, fever, body malaise and anorexia and was admitted for medical intervention on 25th July, 2023. Then, he was subjected to preliminary investigations and diagonosed with Acute Malaria. The patient had treatment and was discharged on 28th July, 2023.
Outcome
Malaria should be treated with antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences.
