A (12) year old son of a peasant farmer who is introverted. He likes playing soccer and mingling with friends. In the future he aspires to become a bussiness tycoon so that he can take his family out of poverty. He was feeling well, until sometime around October 2024 barely fifteen (15) months ago, he started experiencing pain while urinating with preceding history of oliguria, right flank pain and lower back pain. He got some relief when he takes pain killer medication. He was examined in UMD Medical Clinic and diagnosed with right kidney stone and was planned for surgery upon approval by Helpster charity.

Ibrahim is a an 12 year old boy who was presented to this facility with the complaints of Oliguria,dysuria,lower abdominal pain and restlessness due to bladder outlet obstruction.Radiological examination findings indicates bladder stone.He was catheterized and planned for elective surgery on.Had a successful Cystolithotomy and was discharged on 07/8/2025. Patient is now stable and feeling well.

Larger stones might require more extensive treatment like using sound waves to break up the stone (lithotripsy), surgery to remove very large stones, or using a scope passed through the bladder to remove smaller stone.If left untreated,kidney stone can move to the ureter and cause obstruction,Hydronephrosis and even permanent kidney damage.
