Dominion is the 3rd child of the family of 5, his mother is a trader selling foods stuff and his father is working in a private company as a driver, they all live together in 2room rented apartment and the family income par mouth is 46,000. On presentation at our hospital, he was evaluated and diagnosed with Undiagnosed Testes in need of surgery.

Dominion was properly evaluated and diagnosed with undescended testes and was scheduled for surgical correction. He was admitted upon case approval and then underwent orchidopexy, a surgery performed to move the undescended testis into the scrotum and secure it in place. The surgery was successful, with the testis positioned correctly in the scrotum. He recovered well, reducing the risk of future complications and allowing for normal growth and development.
