Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Meet Jesse Samson, a vibrant 1-year-and-7-month-old toddler who brings joy to everyone around him. Despite his young age, Jesse has a big personality and a passion for playing football. However, his life is currently hanging in the balance due to severe malnutrition and sepsis. Jesse's family has been struggling to make ends meet, and as a result, they have been unable to provide him with the necessary care and nutrition. His condition worsened to the point where he was rushed to the hospital in a critical state, barely conscious. On presentation at the hospital, Jesse was evaluated and diagnosed with Severe Malaria, Sepsis, and Malnutrition. Thankfully, he was admitted immediately and is currently receiving treatment.
Medical history
"Samson Jessy, a 1 year 11 months old male child, presented with a 7-day history of loose stools and high-grade fever. He was treated with intravenous fluids and medications at our facility, and upon discharge, his mother was advised to provide nutritional support, including at least one egg daily, to address malnutrition. The child's diagnosis was guided by investigations including Full Blood Count, Malaria test, and Stool Microscopy, culture, and sensitivity."
