Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Grace is a 17-year-old girl in Form 2 at a local secondary school. She lives with her widowed mother and six siblings following the death of her father in 2017. Her mother is the family's sole provider and survives by doing casual farm work, earning just enough to meet their basic needs. The family lives in a modest two-room house, and Grace's education is supported through a government bursary. Despite these hardships, she enjoys playing netball and dreams of becoming a teacher. Grace had been unwell for one week before seeking medical care. She initially remained at home because her mother could not afford hospital treatment and instead bought painkillers, but her condition continued to worsen. She developed persistent headache, severe joint pains, chest pain, increasing weakness, and general body malaise, making it difficult for her to carry out her normal activities. When her symptoms failed to improve, she was taken to the hospital, where she was admitted for further evaluation, treatment, and close medical monitoring.
Medical history
Grace was diagnosed with malaria having complains of vomiting and abdominal pain, she was given antimalarial drugs to stop vomiting and was admitted and later was discharged after 3 days with 2 days of accomodation and later after discharge I communicated to them and on call Grace was happy and her mum appreciated their good care give by Bokoli sub county hospital with support of Helpster Charity Organization.
Outcome
Untreated malaria can lead to severe anemia, jaundice, kidney failure, seizures, mental confusion, coma, and death. Progression to severe illness: P. falciparum malaria, if not treated within 24 hours, can rapidly become severe, potentially leading to death. She was taken to inpatient care for further management and if it could have left untreated malaria it could have lead to relapses, with symptoms potentially recurring months or even years later, depending on the parasite species.
