A very active and brilliant student of primary 1, who lives in Bulumkutu adjacent to Umaru Shehu Ultramodern hospital, about 3 kilometers away from UMD Medical clinic. She is survived by her poor parent and 3 siblings who are underage. She likes eating snacks, always fights who touches her young ones and aspires to becoming a lawyer. About one month ago, she developed intense itching, small bumps and redness of the skin possibly linked to poor hygiene via use of stagnant water for birth. The family got to know about Helpster from the Helpster volunteer visits. They reached for help as they couldn't afford to go to the hospital. On presentation at the hospital, she has been examined and diagnosed of Nodular Scabies (skin infection).

The patient was admitted with symptoms of intense itching, rashes, and sores around his joints. Following examination and investigation, he was diagnosed with scabies. Treatment commenced on June 16, 2025, and he was discharged on June 18, 2025. His condition showed significant improvement, with wounds healing, rashes fading, and itching subsiding. The patient's parents received education on maintaining good personal and environmental hygiene, as well as the importance of proper nutrition for recovery.

Early intervention is key to managing symptoms and reducing transmission risk, especially in close-contact environments like schools or households.
