Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Musa is an 11-yr old boy, who would like to be a languages teacher when he grows up. He is a vibrant boy but his guardian reports that after he noticed the hydrocele enlarging, he has been a little withdrawn. The swelling which begun as itchiness on the scrotal area has since enlarged and is at times associated with severe pain which the doctors report is due to testicular torsion which if not addressed fast enough will lead to loss of the testicles and infertility.

Medical history

Musa has been admitted for hydrocelectomy, which was successfully done. Now the child is fairing on well, and the wound is healing.

Outcome

Must needs an urgent surgery: bilateral hydrocelectomy. If left untreated, the inflammation may lead to testicle loss and infertility.
