Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Tamal is a cheerful and energetic 1-year-old baby girl, and the only child of her parents. Her mother earns a living by doing laundry in residential estates, while her father works as a casual laborer. About a week ago, Tamal developed a fever but did not receive any medical attention at the time. Three days ago, her condition worsened—she began coughing, experienced vomiting, and had four episodes of diarrhea. Concerned, her mother shared her daughter’s condition with a friend, who then referred her to our facility. After conducting a background assessment, it was clear that Tamal is genuinely in need of support from Helpster Charity.
Medical history
Patient was brought in hospital looking sickly and dehydrated, vomiting anything she ingested. On physical examination and laboratory investigations she was diagnosed with diarrhoea. She was put on paracetamol, zinc sulphate, metrodanizole with redehydration salts and recovered progressively
Outcome
The prognosis for gastroenteritis with mild dehydration is generally very good, especially in otherwise healthy children and adults.
