Liorahelsa attends a primary school in their local community. She is in her third grade; she wishes to become a medical doctor in the future. She helps her pregnant mother with some house chores. She only has 2 friends within their small community. One day, immediately after school, she started feeling some pains around her lower abdomen, headache and weakness of the body. She sleeps longer than the usual. On presentation at our hospital, he was evaluated and diagnosed with Malaria and Enteric Fever.

Liorahelsa was brought to the hospital by her parents because they cannot afford her medical bills. On presentation she complained of fever, abdominal pain, vomiting and headache. Tests were carried out at the laboratory. Result came out with malaria positive as well as enteritis. The doctor gave out his diagneses of malaria and enteritis. Drugs were prescribed and administered accordingly. After some hours she was seen with positive signs to responding to treatment. She was happy and ready for discharge after the doctor was satisfied with her recovery. They are thankful to Helpster Charity for their help. A day for follow up was given and some take home drugs too.

Malaria, when diagnosed early and treated with effective antimalarial drugs, has a good prognosis, though severe cases can lead to coma or death if delayed. Enteritis often resolves on its own with hydration and rest, but bacterial or severe cases may need antibiotics and can lead to dehydration or complications if untreated. With prompt care, both illnesses generally respond well to treatment, and full recovery is expected in most patients.
