Fati is a 10 years old girl from poor home, his father was a taxi driver and his mother is a bosefa. Fati is joyful. She likes swimming and dancing and also aspire to become an Islamic scholar in the future. About 3 years ago she was diagnosed with bladder stone in another facility, but his parent doesn't have enough money to pay for surgery bills. She was placed on cystone tablet (stone breaker) for two months but couldn't get rid of the stone. Radiological examination revealed larger stones involving the bladder stone that can only be removed through surgery. She is suffering from intermittent abdominal pain, dysuria and lower back pain. On presentation at our hospital, the diagnosis of Bladder stone was confirmed.

Fati Tijjani,a 10-year-old girl,presented with a history of Oliguria ,dysuria, hematuria since 3 years accompanied by occasional lower back pain. After thorough evaluation and investigation, she was diagnosed with Cystolithiasis(bladder stone).She underwent successful Cystolithotomy surgery without immediate complications. Due to the nature of his condition, she was admitted for 3 days for close monitoring and post-operative care. Baba recovered well and was discharged home after 3 days, with a follow-up appointment scheduled for 1 week. Currently, she is doing well, has fully recovered, and has resumed her regular activities. Larger stones might require more extensive treatment like using sound waves to break up the stone (lithotripsy), surgery to remove very large stones, or using a scope passed through the bladder to remove smaller stones.
