Riniz Begum, a kind and devoted housewife, lives with her husband Masud, their 7-year-old son Ayub, and her elderly in-laws in a family of five that survives on just 7,000 taka per month from Masud’s small jhal muri business. During her second pregnancy, she developed severe lower abdominal pain at 37 weeks, and medical examination revealed fetal distress, meaning her baby’s condition had become critical. Doctors have advised an immediate caesarean section to save both mother and child, but the family cannot afford the cost due to their extreme financial hardship. Without urgent treatment, both Riniz and her unborn baby could face life-threatening complications. She learned about Helpster Charity through a community miking announcement and has come forward in hope of life-saving support.

After experiencing, severe lower abdominal pain & less fetal movement for 03 days, she arrived at our hospital at 2.00 PM in 09 October 2025 and doctors performed an ultrasound that reveals fetal distress , making vaginal delivery impossible. An emergency cesarean section was promptly arranged, and the procedure was successful, resulting in the birth of a beautiful female baby. Both the mother and the baby are safe and sound, with no complications arising from the surgery. We discharged the patient at 10.30AM in 13 October 2025.The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Heroes and the hospital for their timely and effective care.

Doctors have advised an urgent LUCS (Lower Uterine Caesarean Section) to safely deliver the baby and prevent further complications. This procedure will relieve the baby from distress and significantly reduce the risk of oxygen deprivation, ensuring a healthy start to life. It will also protect Riniz Begum from possible uterine rupture and severe complications related to her previous caesarean scar. With timely surgery, both mother and child have a strong chance of full recovery and a safe outcome. However, if left untreated, the baby’s condition may worsen rapidly, which could lead to stillbirth, and the mother’s life may also be placed in serious danger.
