Isme Akter Sikha's family struggles to survive on her husband's unstable income of just 9,000 BDT per month as a bus driver. This meager amount must support six family members, including elderly parents and a young school-going child. The family lives hand-to-mouth with no savings to cover emergency medical expenses. The patient,Isme Akter is a 1dst gravida at 36 weeks, was admitted to City Clinic on 29th July 2025. A successful cesarean section was performed the same day, and she delivered a healthy baby. Both mother and child progressed well and were discharged on 3rd August 2025 with proper postnatal advice. The patient and her family expressed heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, the dedicated volunteers, and City Clinic for their kind support and care throughout the treatment.
