Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Ashik Babu, a 7-year-old student, has been suffering from severe abdominal pain for the past five days, which has disrupted his studies and daily life. His family, with a monthly income of only 8,000 Taka, struggles to afford the cost of the necessary appendectomy surgery. His father, Abdul Alim, a day laborer, and his mother, Aklima Khatun, a housewife, are worried because they cannot raise enough money for his treatment. If Ashik does not receive surgery soon, he risks developing complications like a ruptured appendix or severe infection, which could be life-threatening and prevent him from continuing his education and normal activities. They learned about Helpster through Nurse Kulsum and are hopeful for assistance to save Ashik’s health and future.

Outcome
Md Ibrahim is 8-year-old student, has been diagnosed with appendicitis and requires urgent surgical intervention. Appendicitis is a medical emergency caused by swelling and infection of the appendix, typically resulting in abdominal pain that often starts near the belly button and moves to the lower right side of the abdomen, becoming more severe and constant. If left untreated, appendicitis can lead to serious complications like appendix rupture and peritonitis. Delaying the surgery increases the risk of appendix rupture, leading to complications such as peritonitis, abscess formation, and sepsis, which can be life-threatening. Prompt treatment is essential to prevent these serious complications and ensure a full recovery.
