Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Child who the mother reports to be doing so well in her academics, and would like to be a teacher when she grows up. In her free time she likes to teach her classmates Mathematics which is her favorite subject and she also likes to play football. Has been unwell for the past few days, initially the assumed she was having joint pains since she had been carrying jerricans of water, but when the illness persisted, her mother brought her to the hospital to be checked. Patient responded to treatment, was treated and discharged on August 23rd, 2023

Medical history

Gloria recovered from severe malaria after receiving treatment and was discharged from the hospital. At first, her mother thought Gloria's joint pain was due to carrying heavy water cans. However, when the pain continued, she realized it was serious and took Gloria to the hospital. Thankfully, Gloria responded well to the treatment and is now happily back in school. Gloria’s mother says: “ You have no idea how much my gratitude is for your help. Please accept my heartfelt gratitude; I don't know how I would have been able to pay the hospital cost without your help.”

Outcome

Prognosis is good. Child was put on medication. If not treated can become dangerous
