Abasiya is 2 years old, she is the last child among 5 children. She is considered as a fast-growing child by the parents and they're doing their best she stays happy. The child was brought with the complain of vomiting, abdominal pain, fever, oral rashes, cough and watery stools, she has as well rejected food for one day. The parents heard about Helpster Charity that is why they sought for help. On presentation at our hospital, he was evaluated and diagnosed with Malaria and Enteric Fever.

When Abasiya was brought to Albisbir Hospital in a weak state, she was diagnosed with severe Malaria and enteric fever. With the support of Helpster Charity, she received urgent and intensive treatment, including antimalarial drugs, antibiotics, and supportive care. Her condition gradually stabilized, and after a few days of close monitoring, she made a strong recovery.

Malaria is a treatable disease when diagnosed early; without prompt care, it can lead to complications like cerebral malaria or organ failure. Enteric fever is also manageable with antibiotics, but if left untreated, it can cause intestinal perforation or prolonged illness. With timely diagnosis, proper medication, and supportive care, the prognosis for both conditions is generally favorable, especially in healthy individuals.
