Rumana Akter, a 22-year-old pregnant woman from a very poor family, experienced prolonged labor at home that lasted over 20 hours without progress. Her husband Md. Samim, a daily wage laborer earning only 8,000 Taka per month, and her mother-in-law Champa Begum, struggle to afford proper medical care.
