Koli Begum, a 41-year-old housewife, and her family live a life of hardship as her husband is a poor farmer struggling to make ends meet with a monthly income of only 8,000 Taka. She is currently 31 weeks pregnant with her second child, and her baby is in breech presentation with fetal IUGR, which puts both mother and baby at serious risk. Due to their financial situation, they cannot afford the cost of a necessary cesarean section. If she does not receive this treatment promptly, there is a high risk of complications such as birth trauma, cord prolapse, or even stillbirth, which could be devastating for the family. Koli Begum was admitted to the hospital on September 01, 2025, with a diagnosis of Breech Presentation. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby. Both mother and newborn were discharged on September 04, 2025, in good health. Her husband came to the hospital to receive her and their child.
