Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Jubayer Hossen is a brave 12-year-old boy who loves playing football and dreaming of becoming a teacher someday. Unfortunately, he has been suffering from a painful sore throat and fever for a long time, which doctors say is chronic tonsillitis. His father, Altaf Hossain, struggles to earn a small income of only 7,000 taka per month driving a rented auto-rickshaw, and their family is in debt, making it impossible to afford the urgent surgery Jubayer needs. If he doesn't receive the operation, his illness could worsen, causing him severe pain and difficulty in breathing, and he might never be able to enjoy his favorite games or go to school again. His mother, Rikta Begum, and sister, Alpha, were happy to get to know about Helpster Charity from RUDO workers and now hope for help so Jubayer can stay healthy and chase his dreams.

Medical history

Jubayer Hossen had been suffering from chronic Adenotonsillitis for a long time. Upon medical evaluation, the attending physicians strongly recommended an urgent Adenotonsillectomy. Following this advice, Jubayer was admitted to RUDO Hospital for the procedure. The skilled ENT surgical team of RUDO Hospital successfully performed the operation. After surgery, Jubayer remained in the hospital for three days under close postoperative follow-up and received all necessary medications. His recovery was smooth, and he is now in good health. Jubayer’s father, Altaf Hossen, expressed great happiness and heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Heroes. Their support made the operation possible, as the family would not have been able to arrange the surgery without their help. “We can now live with peace of mind. Our child’s good health has brought immense joy to our lives.”

Outcome

Jubayer Hossen has been suffering from long-standing tonsillitis, with enlarged tonsils trapping bacteria and viruses, causing repeated infections, vomiting, and severe pain; she urgently needs an adenotonsillectomy to prevent further complications. If left untreated, his condition could worsen, leading to airway obstruction, difficulty breathing, spread of infection to other parts of the body, or more serious health issues.
