Sabira M., 6

Sabira is a child of 6 years old. She is currently staying with her parents and going through her primary school education. She is a joyful child, always seen playing with other children in the neighborhood. She also run errands for her mother cheerfully. She completely became sick but before then, she started having abdominal pain along with chest burn, she became feverish at some point. The parents became very worried, they were informed about Helpster Charity and they contacted me as a volunteer, they were invited so that Sabira can be properly evaluated and be given the proper medical attention. On presentation at our clinic, Sabira was evaluated and diagnosed and diagnosed with Dyspepsia, Malaria, and Enteric Fever.

Sabira was brought to Albisbir Hospital in pains, there was urgent need for medical attention, symptoms was malaria, diagnoses by the doctor was malaria, dysepsia, and enteric fever after tests from the laboratory. Helpster stood in the gap for her to get the urgent care she deserved. The doctor prescribed some antimalarial drugs, antibiotics and other supportive care. She responded well and was observed for few days. She recovered well and was discharged.

Dyspepsia usually has a good prognosis. Most cases improve with lifestyle changes and medication. Chronic or severe cases may need further investigation. Malaria has a good prognosis if treated early. Delayed treatment, especially in P. falciparum cases, can lead to serious complications or death. Enteric Fever responds well to antibiotics when diagnosed early. Delayed treatment may result in intestinal damage or other serious complications. In the case of Sabira, she has been diagnosed in the early stages and the proper medications have been administered. She is being observed until she fully recovers.
