Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Purity, a 20-year-old woman living in a rural area with her husband and their child, is a talented singer who once dreamed of going to school. However, due to challenging life circumstances, she was forced into early marriage. She came to the facility in labour at term, having experienced labour pains for a full day. On examination, the baby was lying transversely in the uterus, with the head positioned on one side and the legs on the other. Despite full cervical dilation, there was no way she would progress to delivery. An emergency caesarean section was recommended to save both the mother and baby.
Medical history
Purity developed complications during labour, and assessment revealed that the baby was in a transverse position. A caesarean section was recommended and successfully performed, resulting in the delivery of a healthy baby girl. Both mother and baby were stable at the time of discharge. A follow-up phone call one week later confirmed that Purity and her baby were doing well, and the baby was up to date with immunizations.
Outcome
Cs were done successful and both infant and mother are stable, therefore prognosis is good.
