Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Five-year-old Ibrahim, who once filled his tin-shedded home in Narayanganj with laughter, now lies gravely ill, battling severe pneumonia, high fever, and relentless respiratory distress, compounded by vomiting and loose motion. His father, Sukkur Ali, the family's sole provider earning a meager 7,000 taka a month as a laborer, and his mother, Soniya Begum, are consumed by despair; their dire poverty means the tertiary hospital care Ibrahim desperately needs remains heartbreakingly out of reach. Despite their hopes for him to become a businessman, his condition will only worsen without immediate intervention, threatening to extinguish his bright spirit and shatter their family's dreams forever. They now cling to the last shred of hope, seeking assistance from Helpster and Narayanganj Polyclinic for his very survival.
Medical history
Ibrahim 5 years old child was suffering acute gastroenteritis with pneumonia. He was suffering from recurrent respiratory tract infection for the last few months. But this time he was suffering from pneumonia. He took several times antibiotic from government hospital and local pharmacy but condition was not improved. He became dehydrated,lethargic and toxic. He was needed emergency hospitalisation. He was treated conservatively with oxygen therapy, Nebulization with sulbutamol, ipratropium bromide,budesonide and injectable antibiotics and IV fluid as condition was very serious. Ibrahim was admitted on 04/07/25, received treatment, and was discharged from the hospital on 09/07/25. he is doing well and back to his home with the smiling face of his parents.
Outcome
The patient was suffering from acute gastroenteritis with pneumonia which was life threatening. Patient was needed immediately treatment. Patient was admitted and then Emergency treatment was given. Patient got conservative treatment with I/v fluid,I/v injection,oral medication ,Nebulization, Oxygen. lf left untreated pneumonia may cause serious infection of the lungs which further causes severe form of respiratory tract infection which leads to sepsis in the body and it may even causes death of the patient. If acute gastroenteritis left untreated it may cause dehydration and electrolyte imbalances leading to shock and acute kidney injury which may endanger life of the patient. Ibrahim is doing well now and back to his normal daily life with smiling face of his parents.
