Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Emmanuel is 2 years old. He is the last child amongst 3 children. His mother is so fond of him especially as he is always around her. He plays with his other siblings. The father is a blacksmith and the mother is a housewife. The father treks to his workshop because he fears the expensive transport fare which is a mile away from his home. They're struggling to even put on the table. One day, Emmanuel started having difficulty with his breadth, coughing at night and going through sleepless nights. The parents were all worried as they don't have the means to take him to the hospital. We were informed about them and Helpster Charity reached out to them. We organized for their visit to Albishir hospital for proper check up. Emmanuel was diagnosed of Lower respiratory tract infection upon visit to our hospital.

Medical history

Emmanuel was brought to the hospital on the 4th of August with complaint of catarrh, cough and skin rashes. They were received at Albishir Clinic and was evaluated through the support of Helpster Charity. Afterwards, medications which include antibiotics and other supportive drugs were prescribed. After some time Emmanuel started breathing normally, coughing stopped and rashes were gone. The parents are so happy and grateful to Helpster Charity. They were discharged after full recovery.

Outcome

Prognosis is generally good with early treatment, but severe cases can cause respiratory failure, especially in children, elderly, or immunocompromised patients. In Emmanuel's case, management is on early stage and will respond to treatment as medications were served accordingly.
