Kobita Rani, a 30-year-old housewife, is 37+ weeks pregnant with her third child, but her baby is in a breech position and her history of two previous C-sections makes delivery extremely risky. She lives in a small household of four with her husband, Krisna, a day laborer earning only 6,000 BDT a month, and their two school-going daughters, Toma (13) and Titli (10). Both mother and child progressed well and were discharged on 22th September 2025 with proper postnatal advice. Without this surgical intervention, the doctor predicts a high likelihood of a tragic outcome, with both Kobita and her child facing the prospect of severe injury or even death. The C-section, while a major surgery, is a life-saving measure that offers the best chance for a healthy mother and a healthy baby, allowing them to finally begin their lives together as a family.
