Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Ahab ia the 3rd child among 3 children, he was born 6 months ago. He brings joy and happiness to his parents as well as his siblings. Ahab started having fever about 3 months ago, drugs have been bought from the chemist, but no positive results and the parents are not in the capacity to take him to a good hospital. They heard about Helpster Charity, and they are here for Ahab to be properly evaluated. On presentation at our hospital, Simon was examined and investigations confirmed a diagnosis of Bronchopneumonia requiring medical treatment.
Medical history
With support from Helpster Charity and the team of medical personnels from Albishir Clinic, the patient with bronchopneumonia has made a good recovery, with complete resolution of fever, cough, and breathing difficulty. Clinical examination shows clear lung fields with stable oxygen saturation and no abnormal breath sounds. The patient is feeding well, moving about without distress, and is now fit for discharge with advice on follow-up care.
Outcome
The prognosis of bronchopneumonia is generally good with prompt antibiotic treatment and supportive care. Delayed treatment can result in complications like lung abscess, respiratory failure, or sepsis.
