Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Idriss was a critically ill 3-year-old, likely suffering from the combined effects of severe malarial parasitemia and a respiratory tract infection. The symptoms were escalating rapidly, and without prompt medical care, his arrival at the hospital marked the crucial point where this dangerous progression could be halted and his life saved. He was diagonosed with Severe malaria and Broncho Pneumonia
Medical history
Idriss recovery continued. HE returned to playing with his friends, laughter echoing through the village. His parents, forever grateful to Helpster charity and the medical staff, treatment that saved their son’s life, became vocal advocates for malaria prevention.
Outcome
doctor's opinion on severe malaria and pneumonia is one of extreme caution. The conditions are difficult to distinguish clinically, and when they occur together, they pose a significant threat to the patient's life. The prognosis depends heavily on a prompt and accurate diagnosis, followed by aggressive and comprehensive treatment for both infections, along with supportive care.
