Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Shu'aibu Ibrahim is the second child in a family that faces significant financial hardship. His father, a man of strong will and limited means, works tirelessly to provide for his family, but the income he earns is often not enough to cover all their basic needs. This reality has shaped Shu'aibu's life from a very young age
Medical history
Shu'aibu was admitted and treated for severe malaria and recovered gradually. HE returned to playing with his friends, laughter echoing through the village. His parents, forever grateful to Helpster charity and the medical staff, treatment that saved their son’s life, became vocal advocates for malaria prevention.
Outcome
A doctor's primary concern with severe malaria is the rapid progression of the disease and the high risk of mortality if not treated promptly. The condition is particularly dangerous because the parasitic infection can lead to organ dysfunction and failure, affecting the brain, lungs, kidneys, and other vital systems
