Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Obrien, the second child in his family, likes to play, and specifically likes the hide and seek game. His mother is unemployed and is struggling to make the ends meet. The child was well until a few days ago when he developed fever and started complaining about abdominal pain. The mother did not have any money to take the child to hospital so she hesitated to do so, but when the child started convulsing, she rushed to get medical help.
Medical history
Obrien was hospitalized due to a high fever and loss of appetite. Later, he began experiencing convulsions and complaining of abdominal pain. Doctors diagnosed him with Severe Malaria and treated him accordingly. He was discharged from the hospital on September 1st, 2023.
Outcome
Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences.
