Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Sang'alo - Mechimeru

Background

Hubert is a 13-year-old boy, the eldest of three siblings, currently in Grade 5 at a public school in a rural area. He lives with his mother, a single parent who supports the family through a small business selling second-hand clothes. The family depends entirely on this modest income for daily needs. They reside in a rented home, sharing a pit latrine with neighbors, and obtain drinking water from a nearby well. Hubert is a diligent student with aspirations of becoming a doctor and enjoys playing football in his free time. He has sickle cell disease and was recently diagnosed with anemia and a painful sickle cell crisis. He began feeling unwell two days ago, but financial constraints meant his mother could only buy painkillers from a local chemist, which did not improve his condition. Eventually, they sought care at Mechimeru Health Centre, which partners with Helpster Charity. Hubert was assessed and enrolled for support. He currently experiences epigastric pain, vomiting, and general body weakness, making it difficult for him to walk the one kilometer to school.
