She started having cough and difficulty breathing for a period of 4 weeks, followed by fever and occasional vomiting. Upon presentation she was diagnosed with Severe Malaria and Broncho pneumonia A patient with severe malaria and bronchopneumonia faces a life-threatening situation. Both conditions are serious on their own, and their combination significantly increases the risk of severe complications and a poor prognosis. This is especially true if the malaria is caused by Plasmodium falciparum, which is the most dangerous species and a common cause of severe malaria.

​Amina was rushed to the hospital presenting with the life-threatening combination of severe malaria and bronchopneumonia.her recovery continued. She returned to playing with his friends, laughter echoing through the village. Her parents, forever grateful to Helpster charity and the medical staff, treatment that saved their son’s life, became vocal advocates for malaria prevention.The patient received an immediate intravenous (IV) dose of Artesunate (2.4 mg/kg). This is the first-line treatment because it clears parasites faster than older drugs.
