Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Iliya is a friendly kid who enjoys playing soccer and watching movies. He also dreams of becoming a pilot someday. About six months ago, he was doing fine until he noticed a swelling on his right side in the groin and scrotum area, which can be pushed back in place when he touches it.
Medical history
Iliya came to our facility with a complaint of swelling in his right scrotum that had been bothering him for the past six months. After evaluation, it was determined that he needed hydrocelectomy surgery. The surgery was successful, and Iliya received post-operative treatment before being discharged.
Outcome
If left untreated, inguinal hernias can lead to complications such as bowel obstruction, strangulation (where blood supply to the herniated tissue is cut off), and significant pain or discomfort. Surgery is the most common treatment for inguinal hernias to repair the weakened area and prevent these potential complications.
