Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Background
Mrs Muibat is a widow with 4 children, her husband died 6years ago and she has been the only one who has been taken care of the family with her petty business, her income per month is less than 10000 Naira.. The abdominal mass was noticed 2years ago when she was attacked by a cow. Since then the mass has been increasing in size, the size is about 34 weeks pregnancy Upon presentation she was discovered to have huge ovarian cyst and requires sugery
Medical history
Muibat was treated for an ovarian mass through proper medical and surgical care. She underwent clinical evaluation and diagnostic tests, after which she had a surgical procedure to remove the ovarian mass. The surgery was successful, the mass was removed, and she recovered well. Her symptoms were relieved, and she was able to return to normal daily activities without complications.
Outcome
The prognosis is very good when attended to early. If the cyst should undergo torsion, this will lead to ischaemic pain which may affect the entire ovary and fallopian tube on the affected side. In such cases, the affected ovary and the tube are removed completely. If seen early,both ovary and the tube can be salvaged
