Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
With 26-year-old Jhorna Begum's third child due any day, a sudden emergency has turned a time of hope into one of desperation. After noticing a leaky membrane and decreased fetal movement, she was rushed to the hospital, where doctors diagnosed a life-threatening complication requiring an immediate C-section. Jhorna's husband, Hasan Noli, is a daily wage laborer who earns just 10,000 taka a month, an income that is stretched thin to support their family of five, including their two school-aged children, Abdur and Afreen, and his elderly mother. The family cannot afford the life-saving surgery, and without it, Jhorna and her baby face a terrifying risk of severe complications or even death. Your support is their only hope to save them both and keep their family from being shattered by this tragedy.
Medical history
After experiencing leaky membrane for 2 days and less fetal movement for 1 day at her 38+ weeks of pregnancy , she arrived at our hospital where doctors performed an ultrasound that revealed severe oligohydro amnions with fetal distress, with previous history of caesarean section, making vaginal delivery impossible. An emergency cesarean section was promptly arranged, and the procedure was successful, resulting in the birth of a beautiful baby girl. Both the mother and the baby are safe and sound, with no complications arising from the surgery. The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Heroes and the hospital for their timely and effective care.
Outcome
n a situation as critical as Mst Arifa Begum's, the doctor's prognosis is centered on immediate and decisive action. The combination of a previous C-section, ruptured membranes, severe oligohydramnios, and fetal distress presents a significant threat to the baby's life. The doctor's treatment plan will aim for an urgent delivery, most likely through a repeat cesarean section, as a vaginal birth would be too dangerous for both the mother and the baby. If this condition is left untreated, the risks are dire. The dangerously low amniotic fluid can lead to the umbilical cord becoming compressed, cutting off the baby's supply of oxygen and nutrients. This would exacerbate the fetal distress and could result in irreversible brain damage, other lifelong disabilities, or even stillbirth. Therefore, timely surgical intervention is not just a treatment option, but a life-saving necessity to ensure the safe birth and future well-being of the child.
